In 1996, Strong is awarded the Microsoft title "Certified Partner" and becomes a "Solution Provider" partner, i.e., Strong is enabled to develop software and integrate Microsoft systems.
1997
In its quest for new challenge, Strong joins the international event called Simulation Management Decision (SMD), which is the most important event worldwide on Company Management Simulated Games. Strong played the national phase against teams from several companies such as Brahma, Petrobras and Banco do Brasil (Brazil Bank), universities such as the University of São Paulo and Minas Gerais Federal University. Strong won the national phase and was given right to represent Brazil during the international phase in Paris (April, 1998). In Paris, Strong competed with Chinese winning teams from the University of Economy and International Business of Peking and the best teams from Germany, Portugal, Spain, Mexico and Macaw. And, again, Strong won. This was the first Brazilian victory throughout the Games history in ten years of activities and attempts to win.
1998
Fundaçao Getulio Vargas (Getulio Vargas Foundation, FGV) invites Strong to implement its "Post-Graduation Partner-Courses Program" in Santos. Such proposal matched Strong’s philosophy of perfecting management technologies and pulled Strong into the area of professional background development focused on managerial skill-making. Strong promptly accepted the invitation and the resulting partnership is an unquestionable success.
1999
The success of the partnership between FGV and Strong in Santos gives rise to another fruit: FGV renders Strong the mission of implementing the "Post-Graduation Partner-Courses Program" throughout the metropolitan area of Sao Paulo. Almirante campus is a mature seed that was born in Santo Andre.
2000
With a pioneering startup, Strong and FGV settle a unique partnership with the University of California, Irvine (UCI), and an International MBA is established. Hundreds of executives have attended MBA classes at UCI since then. Every July, students participate in one of the most prestigious international MBAs at the University of California.

Another challenge comes in: Strong inaugurates another unit within the metropolitan area of Sao Paulo, Jacarandas Campus.
2002
In 2002, Strong faces a growth period and launches its own Administration and Management Graduate School Strong (ESAGS). ESAGS is born with the task of being a reference in teaching quality. Results have already spurred in: most students have participated in highly competitive selection processes within multinational and big-sized companies and have been winners!
ESAGS was awarded public recognition with the highest score by the National Board of Education in Brazil. All of its areas have been considered excellent, specially, its teaching staff and course modules.
2004
Strong is awarded the certificate "Networking Infrastructure Solutions" by Microsoft.
2005
Strong inaugurates its campus in Santos, one of the boldest and most modern projects in the city. Strong Entrepreneurship and Educational Center is considered a state-of-the-art educational plant throughout the metropolitan area of Santos.
More awards and certifications: Strong is awarded the certificate "Top of Business" (focused on the best entrepreneurship-based projects), and the "four stars" of the Q&C Program Certification (devised by the largest auditing company of the world, Bureau Veritas, and Microsoft).
The year 2005 was also good to ESAGS in terms of reaching objectives. ESAGS was given definitive approval by the National Board of Education and was the first Brazilian college unit to be granted an FGV certification on quality (such certification was developed to grant the Institutional standards of education in Administration throughout Brazilian partner schools).
Recognition as an FGV partner school is only credited to schools that meet all FGV requirements for quality, and these include physical criteria (classrooms, libraries, laboratories, etc.) and teaching criteria (pedagogical project and teaching staff qualification).

In 2006 we made a new partnership, this time with ILG Treinamento, Educação Executiva e Participações Ltda, originated Alpha-Strong, today controlled by Strong Consultoria Empresarial, and with it, the intention of one more important project: to implement FGV courses in Alphaville, the country’s most traditional business center located in a condo, in the city of Barueri, State of São Paulo. Initially using the facilities at the Amil Faculdades Corporativas.
2007
The need to offer a more adequate space and with its own identification, a place that would allow Strong to increase its number of students, led to a new victory: The launch of the new Centro Educacional de Negocios - Unidade Alphaville.
Still in 2007, other important advancements in the international area. As a result of new partnerships, Strong starts offering two more options for the international module of the Executive MBA of FGV, as well as intensive programs in English and of certification in the business area.
The international modules of the FGV MBA take place at the University of Chicago and at the INGEG/ISCTE (Lisbon, Portugal). The English and Certification programs take place at the University of Alabama, in Tuscaloosa, and at the University of California, in its Irvine and San Diego campi, all of them in the USA.
The Business Administration and Management School also had a great achievement, the maximum grade at the ENADE - Exame Nacional de Desempenho de Estudantes (National test that seeks to assess the students' performance). Strong was placed among the top 8 Management Schools of the State of Sao Paulo.
